You're not allowed to submit wallpapers you did not create. Doing so is considered ripping. Please read the MT Policy to see what you can and cannot submit.

Since you're new here, I won't give you an official warning, but if you submit wallpapers that others made again, you will get one. Note that 3 warnings will get you banned.
